Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.

How long does processing take?

We do our best to process orders within 24-48 hours, but due to high demand for our product, it will sometimes take longer. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us outlining your tracking information so you can track your order. North American orders may be received within 7-12 business days and international orders in 1-2 weeks. Please note that these are only estimates and your shipment times could differ. Please contact us directly at support@globalpods.co with any extra help tracking your order as we can directly assist.

How can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we are unable to make any changes. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We can change your address prior to your order being processed and shipped. We will not be responsible for any failed deliveries because of incorrect addresses. 

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. No worries if you don't receive all your items at once... they are on the way!

All payments are processed using an industry standard, bank-grade AES-256 bit encryption.
